Q. When do the workshops start? How long are they?
A. The length of workshops vary by content. The start date for each class is listed in the product description of the class.

Q. So do I have to login at a certain time each day?
A. Nope! You can login to the classroom at any time. That means you can complete the lessons at your convenience! Occasionally our live classes will include chats with the instructor, in which case you would need to be online at a specific time to participate in the chat. If so, you'll be informed of the chat times in advance.

Q. What about supplies? Do I need to purchase a class kit?
A. In order to keep our classes ultra affordable, we design them using as many everyday supplies as possible. So while we don't offer class kits (shipping = not affordable) we do have a recommended supply list for each lesson but we strongly encourage using your creativity to see what supplies you may already own that you can adapt to the projects!

Q. How do I access the lessons?
A. Within 24 hours of purchasing the class, you will be see a link to your class under the MY CLASSES tab. Visit www.littlelightstudio.net and type in your username and password at the login screen. Voila! The MY CLASSES tab should now appear in your top menu. Click on the MY CLASSES tab and you will see a list of all the classes you are currently enrolled in on the left hand side of the page.

Note: Your class access confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when you purchased the class. If you have not received access within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us.

Q.  How do I sign up for a class?
A. It's really simple! Click on the SHOP tab, browse through the classes, add the ones you'd like to your cart, and then checkout! It's safe, easy, and completely secure.

Q. What is the difference between a live class and a self paced class?
A. A live class is conducted over a specific time period, for example ten days. During that time a new lesson is posted each day. Live classes include a large amount of instructor interaction. You can still do the lessons at your leisure during a live class, however participating in a live class allows you to ask questions of the instructor and other students as you work through the lessons together. A self-paced class is set up so that you have access to all of the class lessons immediately upon enrollment. This means that you can take the class at your own pace.

Q. How long are classes available?
A. Classes that you enroll in are available to you in your My Classes menu for one year from the date of your enrollment in the class.

Q. How do I use the community?
A. Feel free to upload photos, add friends, and comment on other member's work!

Q. Do I need any special software?
A. For several classes we recommend using a photo editing program. The need for any additional software will be listed in the product description of the class. (Photoshop Elements is a commonly used photo editing progam, you can download a free trial at www.adobe.com)

Q. What are video based classes?
A. Some classes include heavy video or screenshot video as part of the instruction. Please make sure you can view the test video before purchasing a class. You can view the test video HERE. If you cannot see the test video, you may need to install or upgrade Adobe Flash Player. Adobe Flash Player is a free product from Adobe that you can download from www.adobe.com

Q. How do I access my digital downloads?
